Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a "project"?
A project is any active construction project in TrueGrade with at least one associated subcontractor, certification, or compliance workflow. Archived projects don't count against your limit.
Do subcontractors need an account?
Subcontractors receive a portal link to upload their documents. They don't need a paid TrueGrade account — document submission is included in your plan.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to monthly billing. Starter billed annually is $169/mo ($2,028/yr), Professional is $424/mo ($5,088/yr), and Enterprise is $764/mo ($9,168/yr).
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise includes unlimited projects and users, API access, SSO, and priority email support with faster response times. All the same self-serve onboarding as other plans — no sales process required.
